A1 Anyone from 8-18 years of age is eligible. While this is the standard, any exceptions can be considered on case credentials.
Q2 Will you keep all age groups in the same batch?
A2 If possible, we will try to make separate batches to suit similar age brackets, but eventually it will depend on total number of applications that we receive.

Q4 Can we take admission any time of the year?
A4 No, the academic year will be from July to June, though we may take exception of a month or so, else you have to wait till next year for new admissions.
Q5 Will this be a physical batch or virtual?
A5 We always recommend physical batches wherever possible, if not, we will have live interactive classes on Zoom.
Q6 Does the Course includes Extracurricular Activities?
A6 Yes, we will try to create a 360 degree SMART development ecosystem for the all round growth of the child.
Q7 How long is the course and how many subjects are covered each year?
A7 This is a 6 year long course with practical oral and written assignments and final Objective exams once in a year. Each year there will be 3 subjects.
Q8 What will be the class timings / schedule?
A8 There will be 2 classes every week of 1 hour each. Timing and day preference will be taken in the admission form and accordingly batches will be created to suit the majority.
Q9 How to approach / interact with the teacher?
A9 While the students can interact live with the teacher in the class, there will be WhatsApp group created of students and parents in a batch with an assigned Team Leader from amongst the parents. The Team Leader will be the connect between teachers, central management and students for all practical purposes.
Q10 How many students will be there per batch?
A10 We will try to keep 25-30 students per batch.
Q11 What is the fee structure?
A11 INR 1500/- per year
Q12 Can we get fees waivers?
A12 Yes you may choose to not pay the fees if you can’t afford or prefer not to pay for any personal reasons. All facilities will be same for everyone irrespective of their fees paid status.
Q13 What if I miss exams in certain semesters?
A13 We provide a window of entire month to complete 3 papers in the month of June every year. Exceptions can be taken case to case basis. Pls contact your Team Leader to bring this to notice of Central management for any exception approvals.
Q14 What are the passing marks?
A14 Passing marks are 35 out of 100, but we recommend you repeat the year or exam if you get less than 60 by choice. This is because the objective of this course is understanding of concepts in depth, not just passing through.
Q15 What if I miss completing the above assignments?
A15 Assignments carry marks that get added to final score at the end of the year. Time extensions can be given on exception basis in case of genuine reasons.
Q16 What if I miss some classes?
A16 1. You may refer to recordings of the missed lecture at your convenience before next class.

3. You may also listen to recordings of other teachers on the same subject if interested on <> link.
Q17 What if I couldn’t understand the subject fully during a class?
A17 1. Then you may refer to recordings of the same lecture at your convenience before next class.
2. You may also attend some other batch covering the same subject. Details of all batches with date/time/mode/location and subject wise schedule is updated on this website in <> section.
3. You may also listen to recordings of other teachers on the same subject if interested on link shared by your team leader.
Q18 How will I get the course material?
A18 On registering, you need to confirm whether you want the books; if you do, the same will be couriered to you. The cost of the books and courier (only for India locations) is included in the fees. For overseas, the courier cost is on actuals.
Q19 Can I change batches post registering with one specific batch?
A19 Yes if you join a specific batch and wish to change the same later, you can do so with advance intimation to the management, respective teachers, and Team Leader.
Q20 What certificates does the child gets after completion of this course? Who issues the certificate of this course?
A20 The child will get the certificate of Junior Parmagam Honours from Veetragta Vigyan Vidyapeeth Pariksha Board managed from Jaipur.
Q21 What are the different modes of class available?
A21 The most common mode is a teleconference (via any online medium), but offline batches are also available depends on the number of students in a particular area.
Q22 Is it compulsory to appear for exams?
A22 You will not get certified unless you appear for exams. Additionally, the exams are deliberately kept very simple to encourage maximum people to appear. While you are free to attend the class and not appear for exams, we insist that you test your own understanding through exams. Exams bring a kind of discipline and sincerity in studies that otherwise is difficult to achieve.

A23 The Syllabus is structured with goals in a Specific, Measurable, Attainable,Relevant and Timely
manner for greater understanding and all round development of each child.
